Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area for an Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities, oversee due diligence processes, negotiate acquisitions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with brokers, partners, and other stakeholders, as well as monitoring market trends to inform acquisition strategies and achieve company objectives.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, financial analysis, and investment management
  • Strong skills in market research, property evaluation, and due diligence
  • Proficiency in negotiation, contract structuring, and relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
  • Proficiency with financial modeling and real estate-related software tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of the Detroit Metropolitan Area real estate market is advantageous
