We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (Spanish Speaking) to provide high-quality, relationship-based primary care within a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model. This approach focuses on smaller patient panels, longer appointments, preventive care, and strong provider–patient relationships.
The Family Nurse Practitioner will evaluate patients, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, and provide preventive care and health education for individuals and families. Responsibilities include ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications according to Michigan scope of practice, and performing minor in‑office procedures such as injections, suturing, and wound care.
This role also requires delivering culturally competent, bilingual care in English and Spanish to support diverse communities and promote health literacy.
Requirements QualificationsRequired
- Active Michigan Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient care skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, relationship-based care
Preferred
- 2–5 years of Primary Care experience
- Experience in Direct Primary Care, community health, or membership-based models
- Ability to work in a collaborative clinical environment
