ResponsibilitiesThis individual will oversee a team that provides high‑touch physical programs for executives, including full‑day curated exams, appointment coordination, basic clinical workups, wellness assessments, and day‑long physicals. The role involves managing workflow between departments, ensuring all patient needs are met, and collaborating with nurses, providers, concierge team, and director to create a specialized day for each executive. The candidate will be hands‑on in clinical operation and in developing clinical workflow for an expanding product.
CandidatePreferences
- Personable, knowledgeable about system clinical operations, and possessing high‑level customer service skills.
- Experience developing and building programs/teams.
Administrative accountability for leading, managing, developing, supervising, and evaluating all aspects of patient care. Manage and collaborate with leadership, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure professional, clinical, and educational excellence in patient care. Facilitate staff empowerment, promote innovative patient‑care delivery models, and stimulate a multidisciplinary team approach for continuous improvement. Assume fiscal responsibility for the unit.
Education & Experience RequiredBachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required. Master’s Degree in Nursing, Business, Health Management, or a related field is preferred. ANCC‑recognized nursing specialty certification preferred. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an acute care setting required, with proven progressive nursing leadership in roles such as Charge Nurse, Assistant Clinical Manager, House Manager, Clinical Coordinator, Clinical Unit Leader, or Chairperson of a Shared Governance Council/Committee.
Certifications& Licenses
Current license to practice in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse. BCLS/ACLS certification as required per unit standards.
Physical Demands & Working ConditionsWorking conditions are variable with exposure to communicable diseases and other hazards. Driving may be required depending on specialty. Frequent walking, bending, and lifting may be required to perform duties.
