• Deliver individualized nursing care based on residents’ personal care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
• Assess residents, update care plans, and respond to health changes
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to support resident health and wellness
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs, offering mentorship, direction, and accountability
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical regulations

• Current RN license in the State of Michigan (required)
• CPR Certification (required)
• Strong clinical skills and critical thinking abilities
• Prior experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing (preferred)
• Familiarity with Point Click Care  (PCC) is a plus
