• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other health‑care providers
• Delegate, assess, provide, and evaluate patient care
• Provide and delegate patient care activities to team members
• Monitor patient progress and prepare patients for discharge
• Report directly to senior unit management and participate in shared decision‑making activities

• Graduation from a school of nursing required
• BSN preferred
• Licensed to practice as a RN in Michigan required
• AHA BLS required
