Our client is looking to bring on a Sr. Brand Manager in Detroit, MI. The Brand Director owns the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for assigned product lines, integrating product positioning, pricing strategy, creative execution, and brand stewardship.

This role partners closely with agency teams and internal stakeholders to define the customer, craft the story, align messaging, and ensure execution is brand-consistent across marketing and sales. The Brand Director blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution
, ensuring campaigns not only reach the right audiences—but convert efficiently, profitably, and consistently.

Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (some evenings/weekends as needed)

Travel: Occasional local and statewide travel

What You’ll Do End-to-End GTM Ownership
  • Design, launch, and continuously optimize GTM programs across assigned product lines, including creative strategy, pricing approach, and campaign architecture
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to align segmentation, positioning, media mix, and creative execution
  • Collaborate on concept development and manage a dynamic creative calendar, including seasonal and offer-driven initiatives
  • Build a deep understanding of customer personas, behaviors, and motivations
  • Identify and translate product features and benefits that resonate by market
Market & Branch Strategy
  • Determine the right product mix by market or branch
  • Prioritize marketing investment based on ROAS, Net Sales Lead Issued, and competitive landscape
  • Partner with marketing to equip the sales organization with tools and materials needed to win in-home with customers
  • Monitor competitor pricing, messaging, and strategy
  • Use insights to sharpen positioning and maintain category leadership
Performance Measurement & Optimization
  • Collaborate with analytics to measure Net Sales and ROAS by product line
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Budget Management
  • Partner with the CMO on forecasting
  • Track and report weekly budget performance and execution
