Overview About the roleAs Swish continues to grow, we’re looking to add a CPG Brand Partnerships Manager to our team.
This role sits at the center of Swish’s growth on the brand side. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with CPG brands, helping them understand how Programmatic Sampling fits into their existing media and merchandising strategies, and guiding them from first conversation through live campaigns.
You’ll work closely with brand, shopper marketing, ecommerce, and merchandising teams — helping them unlock a smarter, more accountable approach to trial.
About the TeamThe Brand Partnerships team at Swish exists to help CPG brands successfully adopt Programmatic Sampling.
We work closely with brands before and after launch, ensuring they understand the value of the platform, feel confident in execution, and see clear performance outcomes. This team plays a critical role in shaping how Swish scales and how brands experience the product.
About the Job- Build and maintain strong relationships with emerging and established CPG brands
- Manage all aspects of the brand partnership lifecycle — from initial outreach to live campaigns
- Educate brands on how Programmatic Sampling bridges retail media and merchandising
- Deliver thoughtful, performance‑driven stories that resonate with brand and shopper marketing teams
- Own a pipeline of brand partners and consistently drive new revenue
- Collaborate with internal product, operations, and retailer teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
- Use campaign insights to support renewals, expansion, and long‑term partnerships
- Help identify opportunities to standardize materials, messaging, and processes as Swish scales
- Provide a high‑quality brand experience through strong organization, follow‑through, and attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in CPG sales, brand partnerships, shopper marketing, ecommerce, or related roles
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
- Proven track record of closing business and managing a pipeline
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving startup environment
- Experience selling solutions adjacent to retail media, ecommerce, or merchandising
- Familiarity with how CPG brands structure media, merchandising, and trade budgets
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
- Existing relationships with CPG brand, shopper marketing, or ecommerce teams
