Description
Purpose
:
The Maintenance Crib Analyst will assist Maintenance employees in the performance of their job duties such as locating spare and MRO Parts. They will also help organizing spare and MRO parts.
- Identify equipment needed by Maintenance Team
- Support Spare parts crib management.
- Supports purchasing personnel and supports management of spare rooms
- Must work with purchasing personnel to properly organize spare parts and MRO parts
- Must perform weekly cycle counts of spare parts and MRO parts
- Must assist Purchasing Personal with physical count audits (3 Times a Year)
- Must proper manage the inventory of spare parts with material check outs
- Must keep track of safety levels/reorder levels of spare parts and MRO parts with Purchasing Personnel
- Supports repairs of equipment
- Must keep track of what repairs are sent out and received
- Must work with Maintenance Manager or supervisor to distinguish what parts need to be repaired, scrapped, or put back into stock
- Supports any special projects assigned by Maintenance Manager
- SAP Management
- Must be able to assign bin locations for spare parts on SAP
- Purchasing
- Must be able to follow company procedure to purchase any spare or MRO parts under $ 300 assigned by Maintenance Manager or Purchasing specialist.
Education / Skill / Experience Requirements:
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Be willing to learn the automotive parts
- Meticulous and sincere

High School diploma or equivalent.
Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
There should be no problem walking/stand on the floor over 1~2hours
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
