AboutThe Role
As an Integrated Executive Producer at Monks, your primary responsibility will be to oversee content production, leveraging the Studio's capabilities in innovative & traditional film and post-production. You will lead a local production team, managing all aspects of production from inception to delivery. This includes handling timing, budgeting, sourcing deliverables and managing new business intakes and pitches. You will also play a crucial role in developing client relationships and ensuring Monks production processes are efficient and effective.
Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Strategic Oversight- Serve as the primary production lead for a national automotive client, owning the relationship across a diverse slate of projects ranging from quick-turn deliverables to large-scale productions.
- Stay updated with advancements in content production technologies, particularly AI, Unreal Engine and CGI, to keep the production team at the forefront of industry developments.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to expand scope, improve workflows and drive added value.
- Develop and execute comprehensive production strategies, overseeing the entire process from project intake to final delivery across all channels and formats (broadcast, digital, social, etc.), ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead innovation with AI and emerging production technologies to develop production approaches, evolve workflows and shape future-ready production models alongside our team of technologists.
- Guide projects from concept through delivery, with accountability for timelines, budgets, resourcing and risk management.
- Adapt production approaches based on project scale, budget and complexity.
- Manage and develop a team of producers and senior producers, providing guidance and fostering collaboration & career growth within the agency's production model.
- Maintain a solutions-oriented culture that empowers the team to problem-solve and take ownership.
- Build relationships with and understanding of Monks’ internal production capabilities & teams, driving production solutions leveraging our staff of makers around the world.
- Partner closely with the Head of Production and Operations Director to align production strategy with broader business and operational goals.
- Own production budgeting, forecasting and margin management for the account, with a strong focus on cost control and profitability.
- Establish and refine scalable processes, templates and best practices that support efficiency and consistency across projects.
- Approach challenges with a flexible, can-do attitude, identifying practical solutions in fast-moving and ambiguous situations.
- Continuously evaluate and improve production models, exploring new tools, partners, and workflows that enhance speed, quality, and value.

Comfortable operating in gray areas with incomplete information. Stress-tolerant and able to think quickly and accurately under pressure. - Technological Aptitude:
Familiarity or passion for AI, Unreal Engine, and CGI is advantageous. - Travel and Office Work:
Willingness to travel occasionally and ability to work in-office.
Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to the Head of Production and collaborate across Monks various offices, ensuring cohesive production management and standards across locations.
