Job Overview

Dock Coordinators are responsible for coordinating incoming goods and ensuring that the goods arrive according to plan.

Primary Accountabilities And Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all required safety requirements
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Utilize process improvement techniques, tools and procedures
  • Adhere to good housekeeping standards, and good company practices
  • Coordinate drop trailers for all outbound customers
  • Greet drivers for pickup for outbound shipments when needed.
  • Ensure correct information is sent to the customer timely (proper blend numbers, racks numbers, trailer numbers)
  • Ensure ASN data is sent correct and on time to the customer
Required Skills/Education/Experience

The ideal candidate will have/possess the following qualifications:

  • Possess basic computer knowledge – Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Understand and work in Ford system (CMMS3, EDDL)
  • Functional production/Inventory Knowledge
  • Have basic understanding of mathematics (multiplication, division, average, and percentage calculations.)
  • Fork Lift experience.
  • Good organizing skills, detail oriented.
