We’re looking for a hands‑on, detail‑driven Grower to join our Grow Team. This role goes far beyond watering plants—you’ll be an essential part of our propagation and breeding program, coordinating with the lab, sales, and digital teams to bring extraordinary plants to market. • Provide daily care to rare tropical plants in greenhouse and grow rack environments: watering, fertilizing, pruning, and monitoring for pests and diseases
• Propagate plants through cuttings and division
• Execute plant breeding projects and maintain detailed records of genetics and outcomes
• Collaborate with the Lab Team to communicate cloning needs and receive tissue culture plantlets for hardening
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Teams to identify which plants are ready for product listings, live sales, and marketing drops
• Maintain clean and organized records of inventory, propagation success rates, and plant health
• Follow all SOPs related to Integrated Pest Management (IPM), environmental control, and sanitation
• Occasionally assist with prepping plants for shipping and fulfillment

• Experience in greenhouse/nursery production, propagation, or rare plant care preferred
• Familiarity with plant breeding or botany is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
• Comfortable using spreadsheets or digital tracking tools
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs and work in warm, humid environments
• Highly organized, observant, and eager to keep learning
