In the performance of their respective tasks, all employees are expected to conform to the following:

• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
• Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
• Work independently while coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.

Feed linen into ironer and catching linen.

• Maintain standard quality (no holes, tears, stains, rips, dirt, or wet/dampness of goods).
• Arrive on time to workstation.
• Use spindle card to log in and out.
• Keep work area clean at all times.
• Communicate with supervisor or lead person about safety concerns, housekeeping, production, spindle card, quality, and equipment functionality.

• Self‑starter able to work independently.
• Good communicator.
• Must be organized.
• Must be able to multi‑task.

• Linen work experience preferred but not necessary.

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to push clean linen carts.
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, squat, and frequently stoop throughout the day.

• Linen experienced preferred.

• Must be able to work any shift, time, holidays, and weekends.
