In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following:

• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.

• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.

The load fill department will satisfy our load fill requirement for the day in the most efficient manner as possible.

• Prepare your department and arrange carts.
• Ensure you have all of your supplies and paperwork.
• Monitor the loads that are to be filled.
• The load fill will work directly with the flat room supervisor to satisfy our load fill requirement in the most expedient manner.
• The load fill will be responsible to wrap, tie, and dry fold of the order fill department.
• The load fill will be required to shut down the entire department at the end of their shift.
• Must clean work area before the end of the shift.
• Immediately report equipment problems to maintenance department.
• Follow safety rules and guidelines at all times.

• Self-starter that can work independently and set the pace for the team.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to give clear and concise directions.
• Must be highly organized.
• Ability to prioritize and focus on multiple tasks.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must have basic math skills.

• Must be able to sort by color.

• Linen experience preferred.

Must be able to work any shift, time, holidays, and weekends. This position requires the successful completion of a background investigation and/or drug screen.
