We’re seeking a Field Marketing Manager with strong leadership skills, a passion for people development, and a background in direct-to-consumer sales. Experience in home improvement sales or marketing is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of field marketers to exceed performance targets
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing team members
• Establish and maintain a high-performance culture built on accountability and results
• Set clear daily goals, conduct team check-ins, and provide on-the-spot coaching
• Lead from the front—set the standard through personal example in the field
• Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential

• 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or field team management (home improvement experience strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and performance goals
• Strong interpersonal, recruiting, and motivational skills
• Willingness to work light evenings, select Saturdays, and occasional travel as needed

Compensation: $27.00 - $51.00 per hour
