The Case Manager provides high-level support to panelists handling arbitration and mediation matters while ensuring smooth case management processes and an exceptional client experience. This role focuses on mastering the fundamentals of case administration and contributing to the effectiveness of the ADR process

CASE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and ensure all documents are updated and complete.
  • Prepare and distribute panelist lists in response to filings or client requests.
  • Schedule and coordinate hearings, conference calls, and related case activities.
  • Deliver excellent client service by responding promptly to inquiries and information requests.
  • Support assigned panelists with administrative tasks and ensure timely follow-up on case-related actions.
  • Monitor case deadlines, timeliness, and milestones to ensure progress and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, panelists, and internal team members to resolve general questions or issues.
  • Participate in training to gain proficiency in case management tools, workflows, and ADR procedures.
  • Build foundational knowledge of arbitration, mediation, and related processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned within a similar scope.
CASE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in case management (required).
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a legal or client service environment (required).
  • Internal candidates: 1 to 3 years of experience in a Case Coordinator or similar role (if applicable).
  • Knowledge of ADR processes such as mediation, arbitration, and court-referred matters (required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with relevant software systems and case management tools.
