Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute strategic and operational CRE engagements within EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution practice.
  • Work closely with practice leadership and client management to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Apply broad knowledge of at least three core CRE consulting disciplines: operating‑model & organizational design, service‑delivery & outsourcing analysis, and CRE support for M&A/Divestiture transactions.
  • Manage project execution across all sectors, supporting client service teams in a national practice.
  • Develop innovative approaches, present insights, and facilitate implementation with clients.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience in corporate real estate, management consulting, workplace consulting, or technology consulting, or a graduate degree with 3 years of related experience.
  • Credible work experience supporting business development and delivering strategic projects for large clients.
  • Knowledge in at least three core CRE consulting disciplines: operating‑model design, organizational design, service delivery, portfolio, workplace, occupancy, location, sustainability, technology, digital workplace strategy, and M&A/Divestiture support.
  • Experience with project‑management activities such as resource planning, schedule development, engagement pricing, and budget management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
