** As our
** General Manager – Service & Solutions**, you will successfully drive the service business operations for your territory while working in collaboration with your customers and colleagues. Your mission is to promote a positive culture surrounded by accomplishing safety and quality goals to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable business results. .
** Annual Base Pay Range:
** The hiring range for this role is $152,000 – $200,000.  The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
** Variable Compensation
** KONE Annual Bonus plan at 25% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.

You willbringprogressive and successful leadership experience with relevant service expertise in a consultative selling environment as well as leading a union represented workforce. You will usethe knowledge gained through your bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or 7+ years of experience in a related industry in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
