Overview
The Operations Supervisor is an integral part of the operations team. They oversee many aspects of the day-to-day operations including but not limited to ensuring the operators follow proper safety protocol, onboarding and training new operators, and customer service to clients.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure operators follow proper safety protocols
- Onboard and train new operators
- Provide customer service to clients
- Experience in operations supervision or a related field
- Strong safety and compliance knowledge
