A well-established and highly respected Michigan general contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects and serve as a key client-facing leader within the organization. The firm delivers high-quality diverse commercial construction projects and is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER who can both manage current work and help grow market presence through professionalism, performance, and strong relationships.

• Lead diverse commercial construction projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and owner’s reps
• Provide strong site-based leadership (approximately 95% on-site role)
• Ensure excellence in schedule, budgeting, quality, and safety
• Use Procore and Excel for project management, cost tracking, and documentation
• Help drive the company’s reputation through professionalism and collaboration

• 10-15+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Strong background in education projects (K-12 and/or higher education strongly preferred)
• Client-facing, polished, professional demeanor
• Collaborative leadership style – not a micromanager
• Stable work history – not “job hoppy”
