Project Manager (Multifamily Construction)

We are looking for a high-level Project Manager to lead the administrative and financial lifecycle of our Multi‑Family developments. While our superintendents manage the "how" of building, you will manage the "why" and the "how much," ensuring the project remains profitable and contractually sound from pre‑con to closeout.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

• Financial Strategy: Review and approve all project costs and monthly draw requests for payment.
• Contractual Oversight: Maintain a thorough understanding of all project and contractual documents to protect company interests.
• Collaborative Leadership: Communicate daily with the Superintendent to monitor job progress and resolve issues impacting financial or schedule performance.
• Risk Mitigation: Utilize creative problem‑solving to manage and minimize all financial and legal risks to the company.
• Conflict Resolution: Assist in resolving issues related to field work between project teams and subcontractors.

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years managing projects in excess of $1MM.
• Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Projects).
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with an ability to see the "big picture".
