Operations Manager – Michigan
Location: Romulus, MI
Reports To: Director of Operations
Compensation: $85,000 – $105,000
Manages day-to-day EMS operations
, supervising shift managers and frontline execution.
- Supervise 3–4 Shift Managers.
- Ensure staffing coverage and operational execution.
- Handle daily escalations.
- Support hiring and onboarding.
- Enforce standards and performance metrics.
- EMS or ambulance operations management experience.
- Strong people leadership.
- Comfortable with high-pressure environments.
