Dell Driving Technician / Field Service Technician

Job Type: Long-term Contract / Contract to permanent

Location: Moonachie, NJ (positions also available in other US locations)

Title: Desktop Support/Field Service Technician/Computer Driving Technician.

• Drive to various customer locations from the pickup parts location to perform repairs/troubleshoot/break‑fix on computers, desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Visit both business offices and residential homes for maintenance and support.
• Use your own vehicle for travel; required to be reliable with a usable vehicle for 300 miles per week.
• Travel within a radius of 50 to 70 miles from the pickup location.
• Maintain professionalism in communication and attire.
• Be prepared for overtime work and extensive driving.

• A+ Certification is mandatory (training or expired status accepted).
• Dell or any relevant product‑manufacturing certification is a plus.
• Good experience working on laptops and desktops is mandatory.
• Good experience with break/fix scenarios is required.

• Background check and driving record required.
• Must complete Dell certification training (online, free).
• Contract agreement terms and conditions apply.
• Payment biweekly for approved hours.
• Mileage reimbursed; discuss specifics with recruiter.
• Plan for backup vehicle if your car breaks down.

• Standard pay rate with good mileage reimbursement.
• We seek committed technicians who can be assets to the company.
• 48 hours to receive feedback on applications.
• Specify best time to call when sending your profile.
