Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members  financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.

Service assigned areas daily, including sweeping and mopping, emptying trash, dusting, polishing, and general cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel including lobbies, restaurants, bar and lounge, elevators and all public restrooms.

• Maintain the highest standards to ensure the quality and cleanliness in the Casino/Hotel and other required areas
• Assume the responsibility for keeping the assigned area maintained in accordance with policies and procedures
• Clean between slot machines, remove papers and glasses, and discard all empty bottles
• Empty and clean ashtray
• Keep all slot chairs/table games chairs clean in assigned area
• Wipe down all slot machines, changes booths and change banks located in assigned area
• Remove spots from mirrors, doors and walls located in assigned area
• Clean all bathrooms in assigned area
• Maintain equipment and supplies in an orderly manner as instructed by leadership
• Report maintenance needs to the leadership
• Report emergency repairs or situations to leadership and/or Security immediately
• Maintain cleanliness of all lobby areas including floors and carpets, interior windows, mirrors, picture frames, countertops and furnishings according to approved standard
• Maintain cleanliness of the outside driveway area and exterior of the building and keep it clear of trash, cigarette butts, debris, as well as window sills and fingerprints on outside ledges and windows
• Maintain cleanliness of all guest elevators, floors, carpets and all metal surfaces according to demonstrated standard
• Maintain cleanliness of the business center area, fitness center and the Executive Offices
• Other job-related duties as assigned

• Ability to read and write English sufficiently to perform job
• Ability to communicate with guests and team members: maintaining a friendly, polite demeanor at all times
• Ability to follow and give directions effectively is a must
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all cleaning procedures, equipment and supplies
• Team members will also be expected to identify and report unsafe conditions
• Ability to make progress on multiple assignments under time constraints
• Team members will be required to adapt to new technology
