We're hiring an Engineer III to join our dedicated team of professionals. In this role, you'll maintain air conditioning systems, electrical systems, heating systems, paint, and wallpaper. You'll perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• High school graduation or other equivalent (GED, college, technical, or trade school transcript, foreign equivalence, etc.)
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC controls
• Two years prior maintenance experience
• Journeyman status or above
• Ability to read blueprints
