A law firm in Detroit, MI, is seeking a highly skilled Corporate/Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney with 4-8 years of experience to join its dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in complex business, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions matters, demonstrating expertise in drafting and negotiating a variety of legal agreements.

• Draft and negotiate stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, joint venture documents, sales agreements, and other related contracts.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct due diligence reviews for mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Advise clients on legal aspects of corporate transactions and business operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
