Health Care Attorney

We are recruiting experienced attorneys for two distinct but related opportunities within a well-established full-service law firm with a long history of serving businesses and professional clients in Michigan. The firm provides high-quality legal counsel across a wide range of practice areas, including health care law, business and corporate law, and mergers & acquisitions, and is known for its high standards, deep client service orientation, and collaborative environment.

You will advise health professionals, medical practices, and healthcare organizations on transactional, corporate, and regulatory matters. This includes counseling clients on compliance, contract negotiations, licensing, medical staff governance, reimbursement issues, privacy/HIPAA, and other matters affecting healthcare providers and systems.

• Corporate law and governance
