Immigration Paralegal - Detroit, MI

Clark Hill PLC is seeking a paralegal with at least 1 year of experience to join the Immigration business unit in the Detroit office. Ideal candidates will have some prior business immigration experience.

• Preparing filings with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and immigration court.
• Drafting affidavits.
• Communicating with attorneys and clients.
• Completing forms.
• Gathering facts and evidence to support our clients’ applications and motions.
• Drafting declarations.
• Other related tasks.

• Excellent computer skills and high-level attention to detail.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products and INSZoom (preferred).
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate.

The salary range at the time of posting is $20.67 - $25.48/hour, based upon a full‑time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to, employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
