Key Responsibilities Net Suite System Administration

• Manage day-to-day administration of the Net Suite platform including roles, permissions, workflows, and configurations.
• Maintain system integrity, security, and performance.
• Monitor system updates, patches, and new Net Suite releases.

• Analyze and improve business workflows across finance, order management, fulfillment, and inventory.
• Configure and maintain Net Suite workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline operational processes.

• Manage integrations between Net Suite and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or Big Commerce).
• Support integrations with third-party systems including payment processors, warehouse management systems (WMS), and shipping platforms.
• Collaborate with developers and vendors on API integrations and data flows.

• Serve as the primary Net Suite support resource for internal teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user requests.
• Develop documentation and deliver training to business users.

• Maintain data accuracy across customers, items, inventory, and financial records.
• Build custom reports and saved searches to support operational and financial reporting.
• Assist finance teams with month-end close processes and system reconciliations.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into Net Suite solutions.
• Implement system improvements including Suite Flow workflows, custom fields, and forms.
• Support testing and deployment of new Net Suite features and integrations.
