Title:Reporting/Data Specialist Department: VP Enrollment and FEP S Will this position be required to work onsite for any reason at any time? Yes (Detroit - Jefferson Building). In-office 1 day a week (Tuesdays) [2 days a week starting in April] Engagement Description –
The primary responsibilities of the role are to support/facilitate processes, programs, and projects around system and operational performance, internal proprietary, business-owned systems, and other risk and admin oversight tasks.
- Requires critical analysis and understanding of metrics, systems, and risk management.
- Requires attention to detail, consistency, and formatting in MS Word, PPT, and Excel.
- Ability to learn and understand different systems, including minimal ability to write SQL queries and manage/modify Power Query queries.
- Requires collaboration with operational areas to discuss needs/seek clarification.
- Requires moderate strength in written communication and skill in identifying appropriate writing style and levels of detail for audience.
- Maintaining and granting access to Share Point
- Uploading documents to SharePoint or Teams
- Sending out communication alerts for changes
- Managing status updates in SharePoint Lists
- Review work processes to identify areas for improved efficiency
- Understanding and ability to learn integrated tools such as Power Automate, Microsoft Access, and Power Query
- Determine and document impact on teams, departments, and divisions
- Attend meetings as needed and track information for reference
