A Scrum Master is a servant‑leader and coach who enables Scrum teams to perform optimally by facilitating events, removing blockers, and fostering an agile culture. They guide the team in self‑organization, shield them from external distractions, and help the Product Owner manage the backlog, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.

• Facilitating Scrum Events:
  Leading daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure they are productive and within the timebox.
• Removing Obstacles (Impediments):
  Identifying and clearing roadblocks that hinder the team's progress, such as technical issues, lack of resources, or external dependencies.
• Coaching and Mentoring:
  Teaching Agile principles, helping the team self‑organize, and mentoring team members on Scrum activities.
• Protecting the Team:
  Shielding the team from interruptions and external pressures to maintain focus on the sprint goal.
• Supporting the Product Owner:
  Assisting with effective backlog refinement, product planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Promoting Continuous Improvement:
  Facilitating retrospectives to help the team improve processes and, in SAFe frameworks, fostering high‑performing team dynamics.

• Servant Leader:
  Focuses on the needs of the team, empowering them rather than managing them.
• Coach:
  Helps team members understand and adopt Agile values.
• Facilitator:
  Ensures effective, collaborative meetings and communication.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
