ServiceNow Administrator

Infosys is seeking for a Service Now Administrator with deep understanding of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM (IT Operations Management), Integration hub with hands on experience of working across multiple integrations.

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Detroit, MI or willing to relocate. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience in Service Now platforms across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM(CMDB), Integrations.
• Good understanding of Service Now modules, integration hub and hands on experiences with Service Now integrations (OOTB, Custom) with third party applications.
• Solution design experience in Service Assurance platforms (customer issue management, ticketing, inventory management, service & network diagnostic, network monitoring (application, experience, performance, resource), workforce management, self-service fulfilment).
• Collaborate effectively with other Service Now consultants to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests, guide them.
• Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the Service Now system.
