Qualifications / Requirements

•

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in AV (Audio/Visual) support

•

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred (A+, NETWORK+, MCP, MCSE, MOUS)

•

Skills:

oStrong customer service and communication skills
oOrganizational skills
oAbility to transport, assemble, maintain, and repair AV equipment
oGood interaction with employees at all levels

Responsibilities

• Monitor AV service request queue, troubleshoot, repair, and assist with events

• Coordinate, install, configure, and maintain all AV solutions

• Liaise with AV vendors, video conference providers, and related parties

• Capture, duplicate, and edit audio/video content (webcasts, DVD, VHS, etc.)

• Maintain and track portable AV equipment (TVs, projectors, cameras, microphones, etc.)

• Set up AV for conferences, meetings, and special events

• Test and maintain built-in AV systems in conference rooms

• Document procedures and maintain administrative/design manuals

• Support Help Desk coordination and back-up
