Overview
This position is responsible for providing operational and technical support for Business LAN Desktop & Server environments. The candidate will be part of a new Tech Cafe where employees can bring their iPad or laptop for support. The successful candidate must understand business requirements and translate these into solutions, work collaboratively with multidisciplinary work groups, and champion compliance and change efforts to improve reliability and security of infrastructure services.
Responsibilities- Provide hardware and infrastructure support for customers at the facility.
- Primary responsibilities include Service Desk support and tickets, direct customer support, and ongoing technology maintenance as assigned.
- Support workstation and related software, connectivity, server, backup, security, and other equipment‑based IT support.
- Install, maintain, and support field IT technology other than business software administration including iPads, iPhones, desktop and laptop hardware, Microsoft OS, application deployment.
- Troubleshoot networked and stand‑alone printers/copiers/scanners, remote access, Ethernet cabling, AV equipment, telecom devices, server hardware and operating systems, and active directory administration.

Contract to Hire position based out of Detroit, MI.
Compensation & BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
