The Senior Engineering Manager leads and coordinates technical work for One Magnify Information technology deliverables. The position requires a strong application development background in web site, web services, and interactive technology and marketing based concepts and principles.
** What You'll Do:
*** Works as the technical partner and liaison with the One Magnify PM organization and other One Magnify teams for all technical deliverables
* Works with the One Magnify PM Organization and clients to define technical client requirements and deliverables as required by the One Magnify delivery methodology
* Manages and directs both the onshore and offshore development teams responsible for delivering website and database
* Trouble shoots, debugs and deploys code as and when needed
* Technical leadership experience across the full development stack. Extensive experience in .NET ecosystem and/or Java ecosystem with strong frontend capabilities (React/Angular), cloud architecture knowledge (GCP/Azure/AWS), and enterprise database expertise (Oracle/Postgre

SQL).
* Contributes and supports security initiatives and best practices
* Works closely with Solutions Architects for technical solutions and architectural design needs
* Works closely with creative team for website development initiatives
* Develops and approves the technical project timelines and delivery schedules with the IT Application Director and works closely with the One Magnify PM organization to ensure and enforce project definition and timing schedules
* Interfaces with clients directly, or indirectly, in the technical sales process as needed and required
* Leads the effort to properly ensure best practice design and overall system architecture for technical deliverables
* Coordinates the flow and priority of technical deliverables within the IT organization
* Works with the IT Application Director on resource staffing and IT deliverable pricing
* Develops code and IT functionality in support projects assigned
** What You'll Need:
*** Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent from four-year College or technical school; at least 5 years related Application Development experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Ability to read, write, follow directions, and possess above average listening skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a sensitivity to understand customer needs. Excellent written and oral communications skills are essential.  The ability to prepare written materials in a clear and concise format and in proper English is required.
* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume as well as the ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
* Ability solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists and the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
