Service Now Administrator/ Developer Role Type:

Required Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience in Service Now platforms across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM (CMDB), Integrations.
- Good understanding of Service Now modules, integration hub, and hands‑on experience with Service Now integrations (OOTB, Custom) with third‑party applications.
- Solution design experience in Service Assurance platforms (customer issue management, ticketing, inventory management, service & network diagnostics, network monitoring (application, experience, performance, resource)), workforce management, self‑service fulfillment.
- Collaborate effectively with other Service Now consultants to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests, guide them.
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs – all scripted aspects of the Service Now system.
Qualification:
- Business, IT stakeholders & vendor management skill.
- Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
