A leading global technology manufacturer within the semiconductor and electronics ecosystem is seeking an experienced SAP GTS/E4H & SD Business Process Analyst to support international trade operations, sales processes, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This organization designs and produces highly complex products used in advanced electronics worldwide and is known for a strong culture of innovation, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.

This role sits within a high-performing global IT group that partners directly with business units to enable productivity, compliance, and operational efficiency across worldwide operations.

• Engage with business users to gather, document, and clarify requirements for system enhancements and new functionality.
• Design, configure, test, and maintain the SAP GTS (11.0/E4H) and SAP S/4
  
  HANA SD modules.
• Analyze cross‑functional impacts of changes and recommend optimal technical solutions.
• Lead enhancement projects, including requirement design, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
• Troubleshoot production issues using data, logs, and business intelligence insights; identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Recommend automation opportunities that streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Identify process gaps and propose innovative uses of SAP functionality to improve compliance and operational performance.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and end‑user support tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering
  , or a related field.
• 5+ years working as a Business Process Analyst or similar role in SAP environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with:
• SAP GTS 11.0 and/or GTS Edition for HANA (E4H)
• Strong knowledge of global trade compliance processes:
• SPL Screening
• Export Controls & License Management
• Customs Declarations & Self‑Filing
• AES & ATLAS integration
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Experience leading enhancement projects in complex, global SAP environments.
