We're looking for a full time Junior Conversion Rate Optimizer (CRO) who is excited to join our team of money nerds.
Your job will be to execute our conversion optimization and testing strategy under the guidance of senior marketing leadership.This hands-on role will be responsible for implementing A/B tests, building landing pages, analyzing performance data, and maintaining our analytics infrastructure. You will play a critical role in turning strategic insights into tactical experiments that drive measurable business improvements.
You are required to have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, CRO, or related field.
Please note:
this is a full time in office position. Our office is located in the heart of Detroit's business district.
Your role will require you to:
- Implement A/B tests and multivariate experiments using platforms like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize based on provided testing roadmap
- Build and update landing pages, forms, and on-site experiences using website builders, CMS, or basic HTML/CSS
- Set up and maintain analytics tracking, conversion goals, and event tracking in Google Analytics and other platforms
- Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports for key marketing metrics
- Conduct quantitative analysis on user behavior data to identify trends and opportunities
- Pull data from multiple sources (analytics platforms, ad platforms, CRM) for analysis and reporting
- Document test results, maintain experiment logs, and organize insights for team reference
- Assist with qualitative research including heatmap analysis, session recordings, and user feedback review
- Support the creative team by providing data-backed insights on what messaging and angles are performing
- Monitor site performance, conversion funnels, and flag technical issues or anomalies

Junior CRO - Video Submission - This can be a simple cell phone video. We do NOT care about the quality of your video
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, CRO, or related field
- Proficiency with Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms
- Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, etc.)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and ability to make simple website edits
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
- Comfort working with data visualization tools and creating dashboards
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to translate testing strategies into tactical implementation
- Self-starter who can work independently with clear direction
- Strong communication skills to present findings and ask clarifying questions
- Experience with landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, Webflow, etc.)
- Familiarity with JavaScript for custom tracking or test implementations
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis
- Experience with qualitative research tools (Hotjar, Full Story, User Testing)
- Understanding of statistical significance and experimental design
- Background in e-commerce or SaaS environments
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Marketo, etc.)
