Installation Service Technician: Escalation Specialist

• On-site implementation of food service technology solutions
• Configure software platform solutions for installation, including item and menu building
• Provide USB peripheral installation and troubleshooting
• Install, configure, and test third-party interfaces (POS, Merchant Gateways, etc.)
• Provide remote training to enterprise customers

• Minimum of 3 years of IT experience
• Must be comfortable with assigning IP addresses, network troubleshooting, VLANs, and subnets
• Experience with USB peripheral installation and troubleshooting
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel 75%-100% of each month

• Experience with remote access software and support
• Familiarity with software QA and database management
  
  Knowledge of graphic design and file formats
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
