Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Business Engagement and Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for OTC Business stakeholders. Engage proactively to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into a clear IT delivery roadmap.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key business and IT leaders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Portfolio and Resource Accountability:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of IT projects and services, ensuring alignment with business priorities and organizational goals.
Hold IT teams and resources accountable for project deliverables and performance, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance.
Capacity and Prioritization Management:
Partner closely with the Business PMO (Project Management Office) to manage IT capacity planning, resource allocation raising awareness to business and IT leadership wherever required.
Collaborate with business and IT leadership to define and manage project prioritization, ensuring that IT resources are focused on the highest-value initiatives.
Reporting and Service Improvement:
Provide executive-level reporting to key IT and business leaders. Give clear and concise updates on project status, portfolio health, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Proactively track and analyze service delivery metrics, including cost to serve, to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the service delivery model and elevate overall performance.
