Data Analyst
Location:
Detroit, MI
Duration: 8+ months
Responsibilities include working with Business and IT stakeholders to upgrade the legal matter management application, Team Connect, from version 3.4 to 5.0. The candidate must quickly understand business requirements and support the development and testing of new features and interfaces to internal applications (SAP, Identity Management, HR, Microsoft Office, eDocs DM) and external services (Service of Process Vendors). Knowledge of all software development phases, data systems, database programming languages, logical data modeling, industry best practices, data storage, security, and SQL skills are required.
Strong data analysis and communication skills are essential, along with a BS and 3-5 years of IT experience or equivalent.
Preferred experience includes:
- Experience in a Legal Corporate environment
- Data Warehouse modeling skills
- Knowledge of SAP Business Objects platform, including Universe development, reports, and dashboards
- Experience with Team Connect, Open Text eDocs, or similar Legal Matter and Document Management Systems
