Overview

Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for optimizing websites and driving measurable results? Our client, a well-established and growing company in the consumer goods and retail space, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their collaborative marketing team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is eager to make a tangible impact on digital performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day website updates, content uploads, and performance monitoring.
  • Optimize site structure and content for SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with UX, design, and development teams to launch high-performing landing pages.
  • Implement and manage Google Tag Manager containers, triggers, and tags.
  • Analyze website and campaign performance using GA4, Search Console, and other tools.
  • Support digital campaigns, promotions, and A/B testing initiatives.
  • Maintain data integrity across the site, including URL structure, redirects, and schema markup.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or web management.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
