Solution Architect, ServiceNow

KPMG is seeking a Solution Architect, Service Now to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions within the Service Now framework or partner with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platforms.
• Design and implement scalable, flexible, and maintainable solutions, including leading proofs of concept for new solutions.
• Build integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems using iPaaS, APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, addressing and resolving critical issues and working with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solutions.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Service Now solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum seven years of recent experience in solution architecture, with a focus on Service Now and extensive experience in two or more Service Now modules.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field;
  Service Now CAD and CIS certifications required, and CTA or CMA certifications strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting business solutions hosted on Service Now from a developer or administrator perspective, including challenges associated with upgrades, integrations, and operational support.
• Strong understanding of practical Service Now application, industry solutions, and the interconnectedness between modules and core data.
• Proven familiarity with Service Now and other technology platforms commonly used to service core business functions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
