Service Now- IT/OT Asset Management Senior Consultant – Tech Consulting (Open Location)

In the digital economy, this role leverages Service Now to upgrade outdated processes, systems, and information for global businesses. As a Service Now Senior Consultant, you’ll lead transformation teams, build client relationships, mentor teams, and provide strategic solutions across UI, integration, and process spaces.

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design and develop user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablets.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end Service Now IT/OT Asset Management projects, including design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
• Guide a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources, including offshore consultants.
• Provide industry-leading practice expertise for process and technology transformation.
• Analyze and recommend improvements for IT/OT Asset Management capabilities and connectivity with CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM processes.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and client process sessions.
• Support waterfall and agile delivery models with planning, reporting, budgeting, risk, and issue logs.
• Create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.
• Travel as required to meet clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of Service Now IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
• Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum two of the following certifications:
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations
• 3+ years of consulting experience (Big 4 or equivalent).
• Strong soft skills: communication, adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork, relationship-building, dependability, organization.
• Experience leading and supervising teams.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response
• Performance analytics and reporting experience (certifications a plus).
• Experience with Service Now AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary range $102,500–$187,900 (U.S.) with specific ranges by metro area.
