Prime Health Care Staffing, a trusted leader in healthcare staffing, is growing our Travel Therapy Division and looking for an experienced Travel Healthcare Recruiter to join our high-performing team. This is a high-impact, high-reward role for a driven recruiter who knows travel rehab staffing and loves closing deals.
About the RoleAs a Travel Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll recruit, qualify, and place rehab therapy professionals in 13-week travel assignments nationwide. You’ll partner closely with account managers and marketing to drive results, while building strong, long-term relationships with your clinicians.
We’re looking for someone who understands what it takes to win in travel therapyrecruiting, from candidate engagement to assignment profitability. Experience with Labor Edge is a big plus.
What You’ll Do- Source, screen, and place rehab therapy professionals (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of “ready-to-go” travelers
- Negotiate pay packages, extend offers, and close placements quickly
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruiting goals
- Leverage ATS (Labor Edge preferred), job boards, social media, and referrals
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear, timely communication
- Maintain urgency while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 4+ years of travel healthcare recruiting experience (rehab therapy strongly preferred)
- Proven success retaining travelers and maximizing assignment profitability
- Familiarity with Labor Edge ATS and VMS platforms
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Goal-driven, organized, and highly accountable
- Self-motivated team player who thrives under deadlines
