Job Type: Full-time
What You’ll Be Doing- Research, recruit, screen, and interview applicants for open positions through developing and building hiring processes for a variety of levels
- Manage candidate communications and provide a positive, consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Outreach and relationship building with potential candidate communities to continually build and enhance the talent pool for the organization
- Conduct relevant job analysis, competency and job fit profiling using tools and processes
- Manage, support and promote the use of the Applicant Tracking System
- Manage job description repository; conduct routine audits to maintain integrity of job titles, job functions, and job leveling
- Own and manage the new hire onboarding process through Paylocity, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience from offer acceptance through Day One
- Serve as the primary owner of the I-9 and employment eligibility verification process, ensuring timely completion and compliance with federal requirements
- Coordinate and monitor 30/60/90-day onboarding milestones, partnering with managers and the HR team to ensure timely feedback and successful new hire integration
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
- Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants
- Knowledge of various recruiting techniques, and experience in online/social media recruiting preferred
- Lead employment branding efforts through oversight of employment web page and university relations strategy
- Represent company at external Job Fairs, networking, and speaking engagements
- Coach and train hiring managers on recruitment, interviewing processes and best practices
- Support HR department with tasks as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Psychology, or related field
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience required
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and applicable employment law
- Interest in managing software and systems that support the recruitment function
- Strong internal relationship and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Strong collaborator with passion for process enhancement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
