As the Director of Talent Development, you'll shape the programs that help our team members grow, stay engaged, and build meaningful careers 'll design leadership development, oversee performance and talent reviews, and create strategies that build strong pipelines and future leaders across the organization. Your work will play a major role in strengthening our culture, supporting our people, and ensuring our talent strategy grows alongside the business.

Your

Impact:
  • Develop and execute a talent management strategy aligned with business goals, covering leadership development, high-potential identification, internal mobility, succession planning, and talent pipelines.
  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of talent initiatives: performance management, talent reviews, development programs, career paths, and retention efforts.
  • Partner closely with HR leaders, functional and senior leaders to translate business needs into talent requirements
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and career development
  • Ensure succession planning for critical roles and create readiness plans for high potential talent.
  • Oversee Learning & Development
  • Ensure inclusive talent practices, support diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives, and ensure that talent programs are accessible and equitable
  • Stay in the know about industry trends and best practices in talent management, particularly in high-growth and regulated environments (e.g., cannabis), and bring innovation to our approach
Your Strengths:
  • A passion for growing people and talent
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work cross functionally
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, education, or organizational development preferred and/or 8+ years' experience in talent development, or similar combination of education and experience.
  • Capability to lead change and scale talent in a growth-oriented organization
  • Business acumen to link talent programs to business goals and outcomes

This role will require 30% travel to company facilities.
