• Parks guest cars upon arrival.
• Retrieves guest cars upon departure.
• Answers questions and provides the highest level of guest service.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of the property.
• Trains new valet attendants.
• Completes other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Valid Michigan driver’s license.
• Ability to operate various motor vehicles, including manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, verbal).
• Strong understanding and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Capacity to express ideas, make recommendations on job‑related issues, and learn specific duties.
• Ability to work and make decisions under stressful conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods, stand for various temperatures, and tolerate high frequency noises.
• Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating various motor vehicles.
