As a Hotel Front Service Attendant, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by assisting our guests with their hotel rooms along with their luggage and personal belongs. By understanding our guest’s unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $12.73 + tips

• Assist guests with transporting, delivering, and storing their luggage and personal items.
• Warmly interact and assist our guests and hotel staff in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude and outgoing personality.

• Perception and awareness of individual needs and the ability to handle all situations calmly and professionally.
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
