* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

** The Guest Experience and Event Operations Assistant will assist many areas of park operations including guest experience operations, event planning and execution, and baseball game execution. Responsible for specific non-game day, game day, special event, and administrative duties.  Will work closely with guest experience and event operations while getting other experience across ballpark operations. Additional projects as needed throughout the season.

* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

** Game Day assignments – concourse set-up, safety and cleanliness walk-through, Guest Experience preparation work, crowd control, and event staff supervision

Assist

Event Operations and Guest Experience departments with daily administrative duties of
** MINIMUM

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

** 1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., sports administration, operations, event management, recreation/facility management). Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Customer service experience preferred
4. Excellent organizational skills

Irregular and extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
