Job Summary

This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific eligibility requirements per VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Program Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) & eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after review of the EDRP application.

D. Dingell VA Medical Center in Detroit (Detroit VAMC) is a 160-bed full-service medical center that provides primary, secondary and tertiary care to Veterans in Southeast Michigan. There are approximately 330,000 Veterans residing in the primary service area. The Detroit VAMC is classified as a Level 1B complexity by Veterans Health Administration. We are a teaching hospital, providing a full range of patient care services, with state-of-the-art technology as well as education and research.
